1st World Problems

So i wanted to add a profile picture to my account. But it was to big in "kb's" and i have no idea how to make it smaller. . Does anybody know how to decrease its size?

Upload the image to an image server.
Imageshack,Flickr.com,etc.
Or
if you are using ios device you can get some image sever apps there.

After you upload the image you just copy the img code and paste it in the off site spot in the avatar profile. Once your done adjust the dimensions to your liking 110x 110 , etc. Your done click ok.
