Spam Bot Raid(?)

Why do people make spambots to do this? Like, look at those 6+ pages of spam on the general page. Seriously, that's crazy. No one is gonna see one of those topics and actually click on the links. I just don't understand but this is kind of insane. I'm sure there was another post about spambots somewhere but I just made a new because if you can't beat the spambots, join them!

Joking. :|

It's kind of frustrating to just have to watch them spam to their hearts content, but for now I'll just report as many as I can.

Edit: *patiently waiting for a mod to come online to send these spambots back to whatever hole they crawled out off*

Edit: Edit: Now have over 30 pages of spam. Rip.

EDIT: OMG, like one minute after I posted this, there's been like 5 posts/sec! :(
…aaand there's like 10 bots online every time I refresh the Index page. :afraid:

On another note I got to make use of the forums mass topic delete system...

I deleted about a page worth, scrolled down, kept seeing spam then went looking how far back it was
