Are you talking about the movie in general or when emojis were created.

The creation of the first modern emoji was in mid 1990's by Shigetaku Kurita. It was pretty close to when you guys were born. Generation Y was 1977-1995 and gen Z 1996 and up. It was definitely in its boom in popularity during the start of Z gen even though you were very young at that time.

Furthermore, I was looking at the tech history back than. I was checking out all the things I had during my early childhood, man.
Continuos printer paper, dial tone Internet, giant cell phones, nintendo NES, Gameboy, and the rocket playground of death. Good times.

Man did the Tech evolve quickly after.

I'm talking producer wise. I'm pretty sure that the producer isn't from Gen Z. Thus it isn't a Gen Z creation. However, be aware that there is some overlap between gen z and gen y for a few years. People born in 1996-2000 have a bit of overlap and wouldn't consider themselves to be part of the same generation as those born at the end of the Gen Z time period, much like those born at the start of Gen Y probably don't consider themselves the same generation as those at the end.

It's hard to classify people just based on date and age. (This is why our school systems fall apart in high schools/ secondary schools). Too many differences, it'd probably be better to classify generations as every 5-10 years at maximum, especially with all the increases to technology and many other things in the modern age.

Stop making things more complex than they need to be. It is most definitely a Gen Y and Z thing. Also why do we have to break down a terrible movie? It's terrible. Enjoy the sh1tpost.
