The Blockheads game

I know some, no scrath that, MOST of the people on the JJ forums dont like the blockheads for specific reasons. The biggest one ive noticed, though, is the thing about world corruption. I play the Blockheads a lot and hang out on the blocheads forums a lot too, so heres some stuff I know about a lot of you guys dint know:

World Corruption. This strange bug has been fixed in version 1.3.1 (just released a few days ago). This "bug" would only have a small chance of ocurring when hosting your world for a Game Center user to play in (only if you were logged in to Game Center could you do that). Its fixed now.

Online Server Multiplayer. This is a fairly new feature added in version 1.3 I believe. They work simularly to how servers in Minecraft work, but are much easier to host and run. At the moment you can only host a server using a Mac, but the developers of Blockheads are working on a way to host servers on Windows and Linux too.
There was perviously lots of bugs with online server multiplayer in 1.3, but in 1.3.1 many of these bugs were fixed. However, some bugs still remain and may be removed the next update, such as the bug where on online server multiplayer, the game would crash every once in a while (not very often in 1.3.1 though. in 1.3 most players where crashing every 10-30 seconds).

Time Crystals. A lot of you guys complain about time crystals and such and about crafting isnt instant like in Junk Jack.
Am I the only one here that realizes many 2-D games, although all sandbox, will all be SIGNIFICANTLY different from each other? You people have gotten so used to Junk Jack, you will only play Junk Jack and Junk Jack X when its released.
The whole point of this part is to notify that, and that you do NOT have the absolute need to buy time crystals. Be patient. You cant ALWAYS get everything you want in life (it seems im the only one that knows THAT too).

Give The Game a Chance. The develepors are constanly working hard to make the Blockheads better and more fun to play. And I honestly mean working HARD. Stuff like this isnt free, especially progamming. Because coding game script WONT earn you money, unfornately. So please support these guys!

If they wanted to make money from the game, instead of making people pay rediculous amounts of money for a small amount of crystals, they could just Bump the price upto $0.99 and make money that way. Everything in the game is good, yes, but it just takes too long to get anywhere.

Was you digging with your hands? Because a tin spade can clear dirt with just ONE HIT.

I am a little bummed out about the overpricing of Crystals too, but I cant do anything about it. LETS FORM A MOB! GRAB YOUR TORCHES AND PITCHFORKS, WERE GOING TO THE HEADQUARTERS OF MAJIC JUNGLE SOFTWARE!

PATIENCE is very important. Its okay in real life, although you never need it in real life. They made Bloclheads for many reasons. To teach patience is one of these reasons.

ITS A F***ING INDIE GAME :D is another reason.

ALL THEY CARE 'BOUT IS MONEY is another reason from the long list.

Indie Devs are great, but some just want to make a freemium game to make loads of money.

I had the game, it is good. I got a lot of achievements. But just the crafting was slow. Some things go fast but making ingots takes forever. Or metal tools. Even with speed up it can take a while.

I'm getting tired of this shameless promotion of the game in our forum.

While we don't have anything versus promotion in general, you are really pushing it over the edges of common decency. Especially since we're talking about a game that, according to its developer, is 1000x times better than Junk Jack but just compare any two random screenshot of them :asd: :dunno:

Please avoid insisting on this issue or we'll be forced to lock similar threads, since this is not the first one we see from you (or from a different account always managed by you).
