What do you mean? I just need it so you can download it and type to me and my brother. Not talk or video.
Either way, could you be on a couple hours a day or check on it atleast and install plugins as we need them?

I can always get on at night. I should be able to install the plugins quite easily. I forgot the command at the moment, but you basically do a server refresh with the new plugin in the correct area, and it's installed. To then change it's settings, you put the file that it gave you... I should really make a tutorial but I won't... Anyway, the point is, Yes, I can install plugins, I have a MC Bukkit Server that I use I school for my friends.
