There's no specific laptop that you need, you just need a laptop with good specs. On the laptop you have now, download an app called razer game booster. It boosted my mc by 40 fps, now I can go on max settings on about 70fps

Also, use VSync. Having more than 60 FPS just slows things down unneededly.

No, the more FPS you have, the better it looks. When recording, make the program record at 25-30 FPS. That way, the video looks fine, and when playing, your FPS will make for a better quality video.
