I can't find a full village map anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one? I would like terrain

You mean, whole terrain is covered with villages?
That requires manually building houses, filling chests.
I one more but there's lava in jungle so probably half of the jungle will burn out. It actually happend to me now I have so much building space with no work done

No, you can port the map. That's to much trouble to manually do it
