Anyone building a JJX player/world viewer?

PostFri Oct 04, 2013 9:37 pm

Would anyone working on a project for viewing their player/world external to JJX itself please PM me? I'm working on a viewer here, and have some questions. The JJX format is actually quite similar to the original Junk Jack, so knowledge of the first version's format will help with Junk Jack X. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know the old one does not work. Right off the bat the file formats are initially very different. What's more, JJX has elements the original Junk Jack does not, so the world viewer would probably have a hard time displaying those elements as well.

Finally, I can't get the OSX version of the world viewer to launch on my machine. I suspect it has to do with Apple's flailing Java support in the more recent versions of the OS.
