Might be something to do with your computer settings...

Jus to clear stuff up i've done lots of texture edits hex edits and co on minecraft pe (even modding on jailbroken device),
you sadly can't overwrite stuff that isn't in the Documents folder (and in the library folder) since 0.6.0 The only way to fix this is jailbreak the device and use ifun-box or iExplorer then as usually.

You will see only overwriteable content.

You change the crosshair the same way as textures. When the tut says texture, you say it as crosshair.

Second, this works for iPad also.

Third, you use your charger cord and plug it in.

To get the texture, do I have to erase junk jack? I can't understand...

Don't erase it.
If you have a device that allows multitasking you must completely close the app (double tap home button, hold on app, press red minus), after installing the texture.
