It doesn't save the chardata.dat file at all

It turns out the problem was that I didn't notice the program was actually working from the unzipped location

Does this tool work with v1.2.2 or only previous updates? I made myself a test inventory (max wood stack), saved the charinfo.dat sheet, replaced the one on my iTunes, applied the changes and resprung my iPod. When I opened up Junk Jack my inventory was still the same :dunno:

The problem I'm having is that the charinfo.dat sheet isn't being saved with the new items. For example, just before writing this post I tried changing the amount of wood in my inventory to 200. All I did was take the existing item slot and change its inventory value, nothing else. I saved it and replaced the old charinfo.dat sheet. Replacing that new sheet with the untouched one changed nothing in-game, and when I opened up the edited charinfo.dat sheet with the InvEditor it was showing me the original sheet (instead of the 200 I edited and saved, every time I would open it it would show 10).

Well, once again. I've never used it and am not likely to. I can Hex Edit manually, and I have a bash script from Kando to set my health at max.
So best person to ask would be the creator.

SOLUTIONS TO ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS

First: Make sure the treasures v1.2.2 is in the same directory as the program.
Second which happend to all of you and is a very easy fix:
Quit Junk Jack on your iDevice.
Now simply double press the home button.
Hold the junk jack icon and press on the minus.
Install the new charinfo.dat

It is very easy to use

Oh and it will always work using the id instead of typing the name

It doesn't matter which version you are using ^^

1.2.3 is out!!!!!
And the hex editor still works

In case you want to edit items that weren't in 1.2.2 you have to change them via the ID not the name by simply pressing on id

Anybody btw has the 1.2.3 treasures file thanks

No 1.2.3 treasures file... BUT we can easily get the HEX values... Well, people do have the treasures file, but only to help out with the wiki...

Ok it has one or two bugs with 1.2.3 but doesnt corrupt files or anything

It doesn't work... when I search for an item and hit enter, the text bar thing just goes down a line and nothing happens. Hmph...

Edit: nevermind, but there's still a problem. If I want wood planks, it will always give me wood planks stairs when I hit enter so I can't get wood planks... :mumble:

Oh i see

The Enter thingy is a glitch doesn't know why this happens (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't)
You can edit them also via the ID. Simply press on ID: and type in the wood planks id 121

Will be updated on 0.4 and yes i am working on it agian
