How to Make/Download a Crosshair Tutorial

PostTue Jan 22, 2013 6:23 pm

Here is the tutorial:

Okay so what you will need is:
1- iFunBox
2- Paint.net
3- Computer
Search the two on Google if you don't know what they are.

Step One: Getting Ready
Find the original Crosshair sprites and save it to your documents on your computer.
With Paint.net, open the picture so it is ready to edit.

Step Two: Ready To Edit
Now that you have your Crosshair ready to edit, you can begin.
In the upper toolbar, you will see an option: Units. Change "Inches" to "Pixels".
Also in the upper toolbar, you will see a dropbar that says "Window". Change it to "500%".

Step Three: The Rest
Now, with everything ready, you are ready to edit your own crosshair!
Select the pencil and your color and begin. It is recommended to start with the head first.
Once you finish the first sprite (upper left), select rectangular select tool (s), select your entire first piece and copy (ctr. + v). The copied version will appear on top of the first so you may have to drag it off.
Then, just replace the other sprites in the first row with the first one!

Do the rest with the same method and save changes when you are finished.

Step Four: Using the Crosshair
Open iFunBox and plug in your device into your computer. Wait until it recognizes your device.
When recognized, go into:
User Applications-->Junk Jack-->Junk Jack.App
Now drag your Crosshair picture into the margin of the graphics in iFunBox.
Wait...
Load Junk Jack.

I hope this helped you all! C:
Sincerely, Solly.

If your device supports multitasking, you'll need to completely close the JJ app after putting the crosshair in.
Meaning, double tap the home button, hold on the JJ app, press the red minus sign.
1. Junk-Jack-Wiki
2. The world is big, 256 blocks high and 768 across.
3. Who is John Galt?
4. Lack of objection does not indicate consent.
5. We scream, we shout, we wail, we cry; but in the end we all must die.

Umm, whenever I follow this tutorial nothing happens. Like, literally, nothing happens in iFunbox aside from the thing refreshes after pasting/dragging (I tried both) any file. No files are replaced at all. Please help? :o_O:

And yes, I made sure the app was closed in multitasking.

I'm sorry to say but Apple has removed the ability to change crosshairs with their software updates. Any ios software that is 6.0 or up won't allow you to alter any in game files. The only way now is to be jailbroken. Sorry. :(

No computer + no jailbreak = no new textures
1. Junk-Jack-Wiki
2. The world is big, 256 blocks high and 768 across.
3. Who is John Galt?
4. Lack of objection does not indicate consent.
5. We scream, we shout, we wail, we cry; but in the end we all must die.
