Why thank you, Mastery.
And Multi, I rarely know how my drawings will end up.
I do a rough sketch of the animal. Then on another sheet (of graph paper) I position the eye and nose (generally one square each), and then form the body around that.
Many lines are erased/extended/bent throughout the process. But each animal takes no more than 15 minutes (on average) to draw up.
Probably the hardest thing to do is making the outline not impede on the clarity of the animal.

I just draw in Tinypixals. Get a basic outline, then start on detail, fixing up the outline if need be later. It works when you have a good idea of what you want.

I find more control with a solid substrate and pencil.
Plus, my (expensive) graph paper has 100 squares per inch (10x10 per inch). Most normal graph paper has 4x4 or 5x5 per inch. So this allows to me to make much more detailed sketches.
One pack, full of 6 stacks, each with 40 sheets (that's 240 sheets overall), is $18... yeah, it's expensive. But worth it.

Chris, I'm an Aussie. I don't do inches. It's centimetres and Meters. :|

Just think of some graph paper you have lying around.
Now think of the squares being half the size, meaning twice as many squares.
Essentially that's what my graph paper is. More detailed than normal, thus more expensive.

Pssh, you have no idea!
I am a very detail-oriented person, so this graph paper is like a blessing from the gods :P

"Aussie Aussie Aussie oi oi oi"

On a different note i just wanted to put out my pixel art drawing technique (jj crosshairs/textures ect)
I use tiny pixels to make the character or texture base but i also make bg green or whit because there is no rubber. then i send it to my pc and make transparent and do some touch ups :)

Making a mob avatar for fun. A Mother Snail :asd:! They are very rare and are about the same size of the mother slimes. They also live in jungle biomes.

Mastery, that Mother Slime is 31 pixels wide!
I thought mobs can't be larger than 30x30, just like blocks.

It's a Mother "Snail" not a slime ;)..... Yeah your right it is 31 :), it's fixed now. The art studio app was set on a canvas size of 32x32 I thought it was 30.
I wasn't paying attention. :asd:
Edit: altered the look a little bit.
