Veggies and fruit not workin

When ever my coco beans, melons, peaches, apples, pumpkins, and oranges are done and on the stem or on the leaves when I punch them they don't fall of so I have to destroy the tree or stem. Thanks, marry Christmas and a happy junk jack year!

Hi! Welcome to the forums.
First off, are you using your bare hands or it there something in the slot you're using?
