Block place bug

Ok. Stand inbetweentwo block. Place a block on the right side under you.

You'll move up on top of that block. Now place another block on top of that one. You fon't move up, and you get stuck inside until you walk out the left.

This happened to me a few hours ago, though I couldn't get out any way I moved unless I destroyed the block entrapping me. I took a screenshot and I'll post the pic after I redownload photobucket.
