Glass

PostSun Aug 26, 2012 2:29 pm

Walking on glass makes the same noise as in on wood. Set up 5 glass blocks and 5 wood blocks in a straight line and walk on them.

Dude it's been 10 minutes. Chill. If its been like a few hours, then I'd suggest bumping it back up. But seriously, chill.
And back to your point, I haven't noticed whether it not it does. Maybe I'll check it our later.

5 days, 12 hours and 10 minutes… Way to focus on the details Chris.

Bahaha. My bad. I take it all back. Thanks for the catch, TwelveFoot.
First I thought they both said PM, not AM. Then I failed to notice the dates. *epicfail*

Yeah the glass should make more of a.. "glassy" (I guess I should say) type sound, instead of having the same as wood planks. (huge difference between glass and wood.)

I don't see (hear) any problem with them using the same sound. Glass isn't going to make a high pitched ring when walked on in leather boots.

If anything, glass would make a pretty quiet sound as compared to other materials.
If they ever make carpet an item, then they might as wel not have sound for it (or vey muffled walking)
