What about Blacklist/Friendlist feature? If you got griefed, you can add the bastard onto your blacklist - and next time you connect game will automatically dismiss the griefer. Being able to add names in advance is a mighty tool in a tandem with forums - if we compile a list of names, and everyone adds them, they won't hurt as many people/almost ban them from online play altogether.

Or instead of this, introduce some sort of fame system like in Maple Story whereas you can defame the griefers and you know their fame before you connect.

Neither of the systems are perfect but something needs to be done about it.

I think a short period of flight would work better. Essentially 5-10 seconds of creative mode when entering multiplayer.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
And I feel fine...

In Auto-Match games, there is a toggle to turn off item dropping, However, if it isn't an Auto-Match, then your items will still drop regardless of this setting.

Fact: When my Litte Bro got my stuff after me being dead (because of him)....he got my stuff and when I came back...all of the stuff were gone, this happens when he was just looking at the map for to long but not sure...

Yes, if he picked up the items, that means that he picked them up which means they're in his inventory, which means that they are not on the ground anymore.
