Bucket/Explosive Priority

PostSun Sep 01, 2013 10:29 pm

When you tap on an interactive objects with a bucket or explosive selected, it should interact with that object instead of throwing the explosive or placing the water/acid/lava (that last one will ruin everything).
Thanks, Stuart98.

yes, but what if a portal spawns in lava. its happened before. then you wont be able to get out the lava and youd lose the portal piece.
Sincerely, Solly.

Like addons and chests?
This was also an issue in JJ for TNT until they changed it.

Good suggestion!

Incorrect. You can't interact with a portal or dungeon chest, unless you're using a hammer. So you could still bucket the lava away.

But, if you placed a chest in lava then there would be no way to retrieve the chest, you would be forced to empty it, then hammer it into the lava.

@Stu, I know. I did that in the beta. Lava does not destroy the chests themselves. But it will destroy an add on or bridge which is supporting the chest.

Yeah, then later I did it on my up to date world and had to revert to a backup...
