Android: Slightly transp. Tooltips, tap empty Slot to hide

Make the Tooltips slightly transparent and add the functionality to hide Tooltips on tap an empty slot.
Also there is always an unnecessary Tooltip shown when opening the inventory.

Oh, that was not in the Game-Tutorial. Then umm... for me the tooltips are perfect as they are.
