Mobility + Combat. Double jumps, wings, and harder bosses

You should be able to change direction while falling by using a second jump, because it kind of sucks because there is no way out of dying if you accidently slip. Wings and jetpacks, if they were implemented should only be a very short flight time so it doesn't take away from the original mining and collecting aspect of the game. They would be a really cool addition for combat because bosses could have attacks you actually have to dodge instead of just rapidly tapping them.

This is the issue with iOS. On PC you actually have to hit mobs with your sword, which leads to more engaging combat and you have the freedom to move in every direction.
On iOS you're stuck on your grid, only able to move up down left or right.

I couldn't agree with this more. I feel really limited on iOS as far as combat goes; with melee weapons at least, it's just rapidly spam tap them into a wall until they die. This could be solved with joystick controls, though I'm sure the devs have already considered this, and it would mess with the mining system possibly.

A joystick control scheme is what Terraria uses.. which is terrible.
