Nobody can ban, but anyway we can't really do anything if you only know his in-game name.

Go to JJX, multiplayer, host game, invite player, recent, find a player you recently played with, invite him. If his name is butt head, exit immediately. Then, you will know his GC name.

Well, at least his real name. Maybe you could go to game center and try to find the name you found, tap on it, and it will reveal his GC username.

If you want him put on a list to find him and get your stuff back, I suggest you report him on the Hitlist, Junk Jack Hitman Group "X", or the Mercenary. (These are different threads that have lists of scammers, greifers, etc)

You need the gc of the person to be valid, I could be named destroyer op, and he could rename to blah.
