a friendly player has given me in a random multiplayer game a sapling for a banana tree.

I am now loking für the Papaya Tree sapling, then i have all saplings for fruit and vegetables.

Has anybody found banana and papaya saplings by himself?
On which planets are those to be found? Do they drop from crates or chests?

I have pretty much all plants.
