Look at the tiny rocks and leaves. The ghost item is in my hotbar

Well, it's not a bug if it isn't reproducable, XsX. If it cannot be reproduced, then it's just a random glitch.

I'm not to sure. I'll test it out later. I was just going around breaking rocks for tiny rocks. And chopping down trees..
