Bells and Balls Achievement not Working?

Earlier today, I was playing JJ and trying to get an achievement, actually, 2. The Christmas Balls and Bells placement one. I placed over 50 of each (which is what the achievement requires) and it will not work. I don't know if it is me being dumb, but it is bugged.

Yeah, getting achievements is bugged for everyone.
Though, some are lucky and can get them all.
But for the most part the game won't show you got an achievement.

It's not working for a few ones. The You're a Star one doesn't work for me either.

I kinda got sick of it and installed a tweak called "Overachiever" it lets you get all the achievements, even those that are bugged.

Being a tweak, your device need to be jail broken to install it.
