OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU - Intel i7 @ 3.7 Ghz
RAM - 16GB DDR3
GPU - 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780
Storage - 256GB SSD and a 2TB HDD at 7200RPM

It's also liquid cooled, which is nice.

You can render with a laptop too! It'll just take about sixteen times longer.

Really you shouldn't bother with school pcs unless you're rendering 1 cube with 100 samples and a res of 720x680

I usually do if i know itll take a while, this si so 1. I dont have to wait for it
2. Gives you more time to edit the animation during the day
2. Frees up pc resources to use on rendering

Of course you wont leave it to render overnight if you are doing a very basic low sampled scene

My school laptop runs on an AMD graphics thingy. If I play with the right settings, there is no lag at. Only block and located lag in Lemon's server.
