AFanOfStuff is correct, a majority of us no longer play Junk Jack.
There is no real drive, no real pull, making you want to come back over and over again. Which is the problem with sandbox games. No objectives.
I've been playing a few different games, Black Desert, NieR: Automata, Warframe as well as Destiny 2. These games give you tastes of what is to come and tease you with potential improvements further down the track, but feel easy enough to progress (excluding black desert, but it does it in a way that can keep you entertained endlessly if you enjoy extreme repetition).
NieR: Automata was extremely story driven and you felt compelled to continue the game to find out all the facts you could.
Junk Jack lacked these, so it lacked a motive for people to continue to return to.
When/ if Jack/ XsX read this, if they ever consider a 2nd game, I hope they keep these things in mind. I'd love to be hooked on a pixbits story driven game/ slow progression game.
